What to do BEFORE your appointment to ensure the best results:
Shower at least 4 hours prior
Exfoliate skin thoroughly
Shave around
12-24 hrs prior
Do NOT apply any lotions, oils, or perfumes to skin
Remove any makeup
Remove any jewelry
Wear hair up for appointment
Wear loose, comfortable clothing

After-Care
What to do AFTER your appointment to ensure the best results:
Wait 6-12 hours before showering, pat dry gently
Do NOT apply makeup for at least 4 hrs
Skip exfoliation until you are ready to take off your tan
Apply oil-free moisturizer to keep skin hydrated
Avoid swimming & hot tubs for 24 hrs
Avoid touching/ rubbing skin as tan develops
Limit heavy exercise / sweating for 24 hrs
Schedule next tan at least 2 days before an event
